All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our registered prescriber or pharmacist. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our clinicians may request additional information, recommend an alternative treatment, or refer you to your GP if considered clinically appropriate.
You must inform us of all current medications, allergies, and medical conditions. Providing false or incomplete medical information may result in harm and the immediate termination of your service. Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated before you complete your purchase. Charges reflect both the medication and the clinical consultation service provided.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders approved after our daily dispatch cut-off time will be processed the following working day.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medicinal products in accordance with UK regulations on the return of dispensed medicines.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for orders cancelled prior to dispensing will be processed within 5 to 10 working days. If a prescription was not issued following your consultation, you will receive a full refund of any consultation fee where applicable.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical advice. You should always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
We do not accept liability for any adverse effects arising from inaccurate information provided during your consultation. In the event of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department immediately.
We are committed to protecting your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
